The “Land of Thermopylae” is a premium certified organic wine produced from the international varieties Merlot and Syrah and the Greek variety Agiorgitiko.

The grapes come exclusively from the family owned organic single vineyard of less than 4 acres.

The volcanic soil with low yields per hectare and the special microclimate of the area give grapes with a strong aromatic character and special concentration.

Cultivation and harvesting are traditionally done by hand. Every harvest is a celebration for the whole team and family.

After the vinification, the wine matures in second year French oak barrels deliberately with the aim of preserving the primary aromas.

Annual production is 5,000-7,000 bottles

The “Land of Thermopylae” has been listed amongst the fine wines of Greece (Luxury Wines of Greece 2020).
